Do Liverpool fans have any faith in Rodgers ability in the transfer market? Since joining the club hes failed to bring in any players of the required calibre and has looked like a lost lamb this season having lost arguably the one player keeping Liverpool competitive (and an unfortunate Sturridge injury). with Gerrard leaving, do you think this man can do whats needed to keep Liverpool in contention for a Top 6 spot or would it be best to bring in a more experienced manager who could potentially make Liverpool a Top 4 side again?

I like Rodgers, he can get a team to play for him and we can play very good football but he has absolutely no talent in the transfer market

If we can get a top DOF that can pick the players I have no problem with Rodgers staying as coach, he needs no say whatsoever in transfers though and he wont be accepting that

Ever heard of Coutinho and Sturridge? Markovic will prove to be a very very good signing too, as will Emre Can, as is Sakho proving to be finally. Lallana (Though overpriced) and Moreno are good players. Lovren was a terrible signing but he knows that, at least he isnt arrogant enough to stick with players he has brought in even if theyre not performing, he has kicked Mignolet out the team, who has come back in and looks improved. At the weekend neither Lovren or Balotelli made the squad. Our squad always talk about the good relationship they have with Rodgers, even if Gerrard is disappointed he isnt playing as much now he has said he wishes he met brendan earlier in his career because he believes he would have won him and Liverpool many titles. He has a great relationship with players like raheem sterling and Daniel Sturridge, and I dont think many other managers, if any could have made Sturridge and Sterling the players they are today. People who discredit Brendan for what he has achieved , especially last season should find another club to support imo. He has had some success in building a squad , If you look at the squad he inherited , which was performing very poorly, even with Suarez, he had players like Charlie Adam, Andy Carroll, Downing, Joe Cole, jay Spearing clogging up the squad. Compare the squad we have now to the squad we have then, our squad now is twice as good.

Going back to the Suarez point, Suarez had all this shit around him with no gameplan or decent service or support. Brendan came in and recognised Suarez' ability and decided to build a team around Suarez. Brendans Man management of Suarez was exceptional and Rodgers is the one who got the most out of Suarez and pushed him to be the player he was last season. No team goes on a winning run of over ten games without extremely good motivation and man management of the manager.

Brendans Tactical flexibility is another thing he has going for him, he is a brave manager not afraid of trying new things . Also he is the best man to bring through an exciting crop of talent we have at Liverpool like he has done with Sterling, Other managers would not be brave enough to show such faith in youth like BR has done.
He has also turned Jordan Henderson from a man with no confidence under Dalglish and a player ready to be sold to Fulham for 5 million into a regular for Liverpool and England and vice captain and a vital part of what we do at Liverpool.

Brendan knew we had to bulk our squad up in the summer and that meant making a host of new signings, he was never going to have a 100% positive record last summer. In January , being only 4 points off of 4th place, is not bad at all, when only retards would argue with the fact that if Sturridge had not been injured for so long Liverpool would probably have 4 or more points than we do now and would PROBABLY still be in the CL, considering Studge didnt play a single CL game.

Overall BR has all the ingredients of a top class manager. Charisma, Bravery, Risk taker, Promoter of youth and tactical nous. We are just starting to see the very very best of Coutinho and with other players improving all the time like Sterling and Markovic and with Sturridge now back and rehabilitated hopefully for a long period of time, and with plenty to play for in the coming months, it's a ridiculous time to be questioning BR. This summer he will have to be more selective of his signings as we wont be making as many as last summer, we will get a better idea then. Though our transfers aren't solely down to him, we have a transfer committee, who should also share the blame if any transfers do go wrong.

I think it all depends on who really is signing our players. If you go from reports and what certain journalists say he only earmarked one of the players on your list and thats Lallana. The rest were commitee signings that he eventually agreed to. He was also the one pushing Hendo out the door .

I agree on the rest though.he gets players to play for him and he is a very brave and clever man. You cant ignore how much he has improved certain players aswell. He clearly has massive talent. I really like him. I would like him to hire a defensive coach aswell tbh

He also needs to stop throwing our players under the bus in his press conferences.

He has huge potential I hope he fulfils it with us

Rogers is an inhumane cunt who treated his wife like a piece of meat, upgraded on her when he became successful, I think shit like this will catch up on him #Karma

Yeah i dont think he was impressed by Hendo at the start but thats the other thing, he has proved that if players fight to stay at the club and show an appetite to learn and grow then he wont shut the door on them, he respected Jordans decision, told him what Jordan needed to do to get game time and stay at the club and he responded and did everything that was required. Same with Borini, who is currently ahead of Balotelli and Lambert in the pecking order

Sami Hyypia would be my Defensive coach, though we do look very solid at the back all of a sudden for some reason (a reason i like to call mamadou)

Little things like this is why I love LF, we've known each for so long and so well that I thought exactly the same thing.
