Now this may seem a ridiculous question to ask considering he spent 4 years managing a team full of world class superstars however I can't help but feel the Zlatan saga almost tarnished his name a little in the sense that the moment Ibra got tough to handle Guardiola just threw him into the dumpster and acted like a scared little boy whenever faced with the giant Swede. Let's be honest the likes of Xavi, Iniesta and Messi are choir boys and so it must have been a huge culture shock for Ibrahimovic having spent 5 years in Serie A he is a bloke who has only ever lived up this own rules and nobody was going to tell him what to do least of all Pep.

Look at Pique the moment he became a trouble maker Guardiola dismissed him to the stands.........

The Barcelona dressing room was and still is filled with angels so im just curious to see how Pep manages players with huge ego's and personalities.

:greatpost: :greatpost: :greatpost: :greatpost: Great observation mate. I'd never really thought about it that way before but you're right, he can't handle these big name players because he's not enough of an authoritative figure. He's too scared to cause mass disruption in the camp by arguing and creating division in the side.

The truth is folks is that Ibra, Henry, Eto'o, Yaya Toure etc have all said negative things towards Pep which imo cannot be a coincidence!

Winner.
