Liverpool must get their first win very quickly as otherwise before you know it they could be creeping into early November without a win..............surely being in a relegation battle is unthinkable? Isn't it?

They won't get relegated or even be involved in a relegation fight. It's still early, good/poor form is magnified by league position at the moment.

There's not too much to worry about for them, they've outplayed City, Sunderland away and United in the last three games which is no mean feat. They need to find a goal source though.

Winner.

Ahhh what a nothing thread. Of course they won't go down, they're way too good to even look like looking close to looking close to going down.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I expect us t finish midtable. This season is a write off but im really excited about our future in Rodgers. We have so many good young players coming through so B Rod can spend all his cash on 2 or 3 players next summer. I think once we get settled into his way of playing we will be much harder to beat and get points from next season. We do have a relegation standard attack the moment though

I dont think we will win anything next season or get top 4 but I expect a few decent signings and for us to play better, more ruthless football. We have good young players so why shouldnt I be excited
