How happy/unhappy are you with your side's overall season? Unhappy, understandably, there werent many positives as a team or individually, we played well in lots of games, and 2 cup finals, but overall because of the league, which is the bread and butter, it was a poor season

Where could it have gone better? Mainly as everyone knows, putting the ball in the back of the net

Who was your player of the season? Martin Skrtel

Who was your inspiration? Jordan Henderson

Result of the season? There was some great results in there, beating Man City away in the CC, Beating Everton in the semi of the Fa cup. Beating Man Utd in the fa cup. The 3 victories against Chelsea . Its tough

Your biggest regrets/disapointments? Hmm, Pepe Reina probably, a regret i guess is that Kennys reign in charge didnt go quite as the fairytales had written in the stars

Your teams worse player? Charlie Adam or Jay Spearing

One moment that you will remember the season by? Gerrards hattrick v Everton, Carrolls header v Everton or Hendersons goal against Chelsea

Would you accept a repeat of next season? No

How can your side improve for the new season? We need to freshen things up and sign someone who will consistently put the ball in the net. We need to be more lethal. Lucas being back in the team will be a huge boost but with a new manager its so difficult to predict or plan as i have no idea what his plans for our team is yet, i look forward to finding out

How happy/unhappy are you with your side's overall season?

Very disappointed, a capitulation of the highest order. I blame Redknapp entirely, the guy is a joker.

Where could it have gone better?

Finishing third obviously, the run of two wins in ten or eleven games is what did it, awful form.

Who was your player of the season?

I have a few for this year. Kaboul, Parker and Walker were all class and I really appreciated their efforts. Though they may have tailed off towards the end of the season, who didn't in our squad?

Who was your inspiration?

Scotty P.

Result of the season?

Spurs 2 -1 Arsenal or Spurs 5 - 0 Newcastle

Your biggest regrets/disapointments?

Losing 5-2 after going 2-0 up at the Emirates, to make it worse I was at the game sitting amongst Arsenal fans. Feels bad man.

Your teams worse player?

Probably Ekotto, and towards the end of the season I found myself more and more frustrated with Bale as well, though he can be forgiven as he was very good at the start of the season.

One moment that you will remember the season by?

Kyle Walker's goal vs Arsenal or Muamba's collapse at WHL.

Would you accept a repeat of next season?

No. I wouldn't mind finishing fourth but not under the same circumstances, it's impossible to put how disappointed with this season I am in to words.

How can your side improve for the new season?

We need to be a lot more ruthless in attack, too many times this season have we dominated a game and either lost or not been able to put it to bed. Our defending of set pieces as well this season has been well and truly awful, and our own attacking set pieces haven't been much better. If I had a pound for every corner that we took that hit the first man, I'd be a very rich guy! TBH, I could go on forever answering this question so for now, I'll leave it at that.

Get in mate, love hearing this from Spurs fans. Wankers like Scholes think he's better than Wenger :cheek:

How happy/unhappy are you with your side's overall season?

In the end, I am reasonably content. With the squad we have and the problems with injuries in certain areas, I think we did well to finish third.

Where could it have gone better?

We should have tarted the season a LOT better than we did. Went on too many bad runs throughout the season as well.

Who was your player of the season?

Robin van Persie obviously. He basically carried us at times.

Who was your inspiration?

Laurent Koscielny. Magnificent all campaign. One of the best signings Wenger has made at Arsenal, and probably our best defender since Sol Campbell in his prime.

Result of the season?

Other than beating Spurs and Chelsea, our scrappy win on the last day of the season has to take it. Only win of the season without Arteta, although the game itself proved how we missed him more than any other.

Your biggest regrets/disapointments?

Not signing Mata (even though we did make a bid that matched his initial release clause). Would have changed our season.

Your teams worse player?

Other than the obvious ones like Park, it would have to be Ramsey. Never rated him that highly, but he was abysmal this season.

One moment that you will remember the season by?

Bad Moment: When Arteta pulled up against Wigan. My heart dropped at that moment, even if it didn't end up making that much of a difference in the end.

Good Moment: Theo's goals against Spurs. Proved that he is a great finisher, and also that he can be used to great effect on the right wing.

Would you accept a repeat of next season?

Not at all.

How can your side improve for the new season?

Bring in a few more quality players in midfield and attack. Also we need to change our approach to defending.

I appreciate what he's done but he's reached his ceiling. He's a tactically inept media whore and if you can't see that then I feel for you. I warn you, don't get in to this argument with me as I can literally reel off one hundred reasons why he's not a top manager and how he has cost us.

Who can you get thats better? Look at Liverpool struggling and despite their shit finishes their history makes them just as likely to attract big name managers as Spurs. To say he is a joker is wrong.

How happy/unhappy are you with your side's overall season?

Compared to the talent that City have at their disposal on paper compared to ours we have done well to run them to the last minute of the last game. I would say that i am satisfied when i take a backseat and look at how we finished, but i am obviously devastated that we didn't manage to win it in the end.

Where could it have gone better?

Last end of the season we uncharacteristically threw it away. It is typical of United to not win a title as clear cut as we should do, but it is very unlike us to let it reach the point where we have lost out due to our own doings. The loss to Wigan, the failure to keep a 4-2 against Everton and the naivety to think we could score more against City at Old Trafford after we pulled it back to 3-1.

Who was your player of the season?

It's hard, Rooney has been magnificent equalling is highest ever goal tally in a season whilst typically scoring for us in the big games as per usual. Valencia has been fantastic throughout the season, maintaining such a high level of performance throughout the majority. Michael Carrick has been an unsung hero for us, instrumental in the middle of the park and some great unrecognised defensive work.

Who was your inspiration?

Paul Scholes. He came back with everyone doubting how he would fair and claiming it to be a desperate move by Man Utd. Desperate or not, there are only a handful of midfielders in the League that can compare to the second half of the season he has produced. Most people will tell you how he 'cost us' the first goal vs City; but in actual fact he came on, dictated the play, calmed us down and ended up completing more passes than anyone else on the pitch.

Result of the season?

Has to be the 8-2 vs Arsenal, we were lethal that day. We caught them at exactly the right time where they struggled to even field half a first team - but even so we were so clinical to even put 8 goals past the team they put out was an achievement.

Your biggest regrets/disapointments?

It was disappointing that Vidic got injured. He has been our rock for a number of years now, so dominant in everything he does. With a keeper unsure about when to come for crosses, it's a time where you really need a leader like Nemanja to take charge and i can imagine we would not have conceded as many from set plays if he was fit; maybe even vs City.

Your teams worse player?

Park - Yes he works hard but i would work hard for United for £60,000 a week. Brainless in his positioning around the pitch and limited in technical ability. He clearly loves the club and you can not begrudge him of that, but this season he hasnt been able to pop up at them vital times like he has done in previous seasons.

One moment that you will remember the season by?

Evra hitting the post vs Everton. If he nods that in it is 5-2 and game well and truly over. Instead Everton go down the other end and make it 4-3 and end up drawing. Personally as the team captain, i would have hoped he would have had more discipline to not be on the edge of the opponents 6 yard box in the first place and see the game out.

Would you accept a repeat of next season?

I could never accept being 2nd best to City.

How can your side improve for the new season?

We need that player that can get around and inject some pace into our midfield. Kagawa is an exciting prospect but not entirely the player i have in mind for this job. It may even come in the form of Cleverley if he is able to stay fit and get a run of games. Also need to bulk up De Gea and increase his confidence on collecting crosses; think that will be yearly job rather than a monthly one though.

100 reasons go....
When I get a bit of time I will do as many reasons as I can mate, you can hold me to that. I'll hold you off for a bit with these three beauties:

1) The January Transfer Window - Redknapp sold/loaned half of our cover and squad players, then brought in Saha and Nelsen who have now been released. Brilliant.

2) Refusal to Rotate - Every single one of our players form tailed off as the season went on and this was no doubt down to the complete lack of rotation of the squad by Redknapp. Parker played through injury a fair few times, as did Walker and it really showed.

3) Tactically Inept - I don't think I have to say much here, everyone knows that it's true and it was summed up really nicely when he brought on Parker in the 89th minute when we needed a goal vs Villa to go in to pole position for third. Oh, and did I mention that our top scorer was sitting on the bench ready to come on at this point? Oh and how could I forget that whole Bale free role, right wing malarky.

Didn't you hear? Bale is quite similar to Ronaldo. Hi Scholes.
