Cop on mate, i obviously mean once he has retired; and he'd be a better option than David fucking Moyes. |

Not so sure about that. Mourinho's management style isn't viable after 2/3 seasons unless the vast majority of the squad is changed. Not realistic. |

It is highly realistic. He has kept close to Fergie for a very long time, he will be managing the biggest club in the world and he will be able to buy who he wants without being influenced by whoever runs the club. For me, when Fergie does eventually retire i think United will be the ideal job for him. |

Yeah, he won't be able to buy anyone he wants. Only top class management, United and Arsenal, possess discipline when it comes to wage structure. Unless he intends to stay for 5 years minimum, we're better off with another manager, ie. Guardiola (I can't see him running off anywhere else for a long while). Hasn't proven himself at a big club for more than 3 years, fosters a paradoxical relationship with his players, he doesn't cater to beautiful football, involved in many an antic and has he actually ever, since Chelsea, been directly involved in the signing of players? At Chelsea there was Roman and Kenyon, at Italy there was Moratti + directors and at Real it's all Perez. He's been truly, truly challenged twice IMO. Now and just before he bottled at Chelsea, it seems like he's bottling at Real too. |

Why are you shit-posting that? Everything single point is correct 1. He hasn't proven himself at a club for more than 3 years. 2. His relationship with his players is sometimes too full on, look at Real now and the problems Chelsea faced after his departure. IMO, it's an act of manipulation. I mean, Materazzi breaking down like a bitch after being managed by him for 2 years but the likes of Neville/Giggs/Scholes not even shedding a tear despite being managed for near 20 years? He suckers the players into his thinking, something the Spanish contingent at Real have seen right through. 3. He does not cater to beautiful football. 4. His antics clash with the image of United. 5. What transfers can he truly call his own? Much of Chelsea was assembled prior to his arrival, Inter's assembly was overseen by their directors and Real's assembly had, yet again, take place before him and what had to be completed was carried out by Perez. He is a winner, and an immense tactician, but he is as slimey as fuck and he's truly being challenged now and he is not handling it well at all. |

This facade of him being too good for Real and whether or not he gets sacked doesn't tarnish his reputation just as, for some extremely odd reason, his sacking at Chelsea is utter bullshit. He faced a challenge at Chelsea, he failed to rise to it and was consequently sacked. He is faced with a challenge at Real, he's failing to rise to it, La Liga gone, CL at risk, internal rift, and he will be sacked. Sure he'll brush it off because it'll be Real's fault but truthfully he has fucked up once again. |

So winning Chelsea's first Pl title and inters first CL and overcoming the greatest side ever in winning la liga doesn't count as rising to a challenge. Fuck off. |
