It'd be tragic if they don't make top 4 this season. They're playing so well this afternoon against a team full of established PL players. They move the ball so well, make every 50-50 a 60-40 and have genuine quality in almost every position.

Bale's playing very well and VDV's goal was very nice. I also love how Wilkins comments on every little intricacy he can.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

This looks like there best side ever tbh, they seem to have a real system in attack that works, especially on the break. A lot of them seem to actually know where there team-mates are before even looking up, as you say they move the ball on ridiculously quickly.

Being in the CL last season hurt them in the league, i think they've got just as good, if not a better chance then us & Liverpool of finishing in the top 4

They certainly look better than us atm. No chance in hell we can finish above them and Arsenal unless we spend big in Jan.

Yeah I watched their game yesterday and granted they were playing a team who have only just got promoted but like Scholes said QPR invested well in established PL players in the summer, and after all they turned over Chelsea last week. They moved the ball in counter attack very quickly and have an abundance of pace in Bale and Lennon, pure quality in VDV and Modric and effectiveness in Adebayor and Parker. I really like them TBH and hope they get top 4 this season too. I think VDV may be one of the top 5 players in the league, Modric too, such classy players. I'm so desperate for Modric type player in our midfield at United.

Winner.

They are quickly becoming one of my most hated teams, probably mainly cause they are becoming our main rivals. Right at this second i see us coming above Chelsea more than i do us coming above Spurs. But we will probably come below them both , and probably arsenal too

You know you're an average club when there's a good feel around the club yet you're still likely to come 6th.

Not at all. We have come on so much since last season. On the pitch but more so off the pitch. Its impossible to not be happy with how we are going. This time last year we thought we could be going out of business so that puts things into perspective for us. Suddenly a year or two without top 4 football does not seem so bad, especially when we have owners who will back us all the way in the transfer market,. Shame we are buying shite most of the time lol. We will hopefully get back into the top 4 soon enough
