Madrid lost 1-0 to Sporting Gijon at home tonight, which ends Mourinho's 150 game unbeaten streak in home league games. Incredible record, but Barcelona's grip on La Liga has tightened massively now.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

:( :( :( I'm devastated for Jose but in a way I'm delighted that he'll get sacked so he can come home and take over at City.

It's been an incredible run for Mourinho and his sides and I doubt this record will ever be beaten, it's just a shame that it couldn't have lasted until the Barca game. A record so incredible should have an equally incredible team who smashed it.
