Madrid because they are the biggest in the world, Valencia because they play better footy and in a better league, Villa because I don't want to play in the Championship, Brazil because they are the best and most recognizable NT in the world and they have David Luiz, France because they are on the rebound and Italy are on the way down, and Inter because I hate United and would never play in the same team as Rooney. |

Real Madrid or AC Milan - This is the hardest of them all. AC the most glamorous club in Italy, Real the most glamorous club in Spain. I really don't like Real Madrid, and I absolutely love the idea of living in Italy... thing is Real Madrid the most iconic football club in the world, could I resist it, especially currently with the chance of playing for José Mourinho... I can't decide. Valencia or Napoli - Valencia - Seem to always have exciting young players, the city though I've not been looks beautiful and the club is consistently in the CL, Napoli's fortunes have declined dramatically since their heyday and Naples is the most depressing place in Italy I've been to. Newcastle or Aston Villa - Newcastle - Incredible fans, incredible atmosphere at the club, incredible city. Villa such a run of the mill club. Argentina or Brazil - Brazil - seems more joyous as a footballing culture, I don't know, football there to me just seems like a party, though I don't really know much about either nation. Slightly more romance associated with Brazil as a footballing nation. France or Italy - Italy - I'm 1/4 Italian, I could probably genuinely qualify to play for them if I was a pro, adore the country, the kit, everything. France are a cool nation too though. Man United or Inter Milan - United - Dream come true to step out onto the turf at the Theatre of Dreams. Inter the least glamorous of the big three in Italy. |

Real Madrid or AC Milan................. Its a tough decision as I like AC but I have loved Real since they signed the Real Ronaldo and they are my favourite foreign team. I went to the bernabeu two weeks ago and it was fucking awesome I would love to play there every other week Valencia or Napoli.......... I would choose Valencia here. Napoli have some class players but I have always liked Valencia and I would rather liver in Spain anyway. I would fot right in there Newcastle or Aston Villa. I dont particulary like Newcastle but I would rather play there. Their fans really would make you feel loved until you leave for a better club. They have a higher ceiling than Villa imo and have a better stadium to play in Argentina or Brazil. Brazil no doubts. I fucking love Brazil and the chance to play in the yellow kit would be a dream. France or Italy. I would say Italy but just about really, I would like to play for them both tbh. I would walk right into the Italien team Man United or Inter Milan ....Inter of course Edited by Crouchy, Mar 26 2011, 10:59 PM.

Madrid are the biggest club in the world, Valencia are a much more attractive proposition, both teams play in a better league. Always had a softspot for Newcastle, amazing footballing culture, love the stadium and pitch. Argentina is a much scummier nation, and Brazil are the most iconic footballing nation in the world, quite simple. Italy is a much scummier nation than France, but I love the country and would rather be Italian than French. Man United, because I'm United through and through. |

AC Milan - I've said before I'd like to lead their reemergence, my style of play suits Milan better, and I don't think Madrid are - or ever have been - stable enough for me to spend a long time there. As a city it's not all that special either, and though I've never been to Milan it just exudes style and class. Valencia or Napoli - I might change my mind when I go to Valencia next month but Napoli and the area around it is just fucking class. They pack their stadium every week with immense fans and it would be great to have that support behind me, it's the city of Maradona which is another massive lure. Added to that I've got the opportunity to live on the Amalfi Coast which is just utterly gorgeous so I think I might have to sacrifice the opportunity - tempting as it is - to lineup alongside Banega and co on the Costa Brava and go to war alongside my good mate Walter Gargano instead ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just look how fucking gorgeous that is Newcastle or Aston Villa - Amazing fans, amazing stadium, know the area well, will probably be in Europe next season, get to play alongside Tioté and Barton. Villa are just a nothing club. Argentina or Brazil - There's a certain expectation that comes with playing for Brazil, that you have to be happy, you have to flirt with the opposition and the fans by dazzling them. Argentinians have a grit, an iron passion about them. They've got the flair but don't feel the need to show it off all the time; it's directed aggression. They'll do anything and fuck anyone over to get what they want (mano de dios). I'll be playing alongside Masch and Banega in a fucking unit of a midfield with Messi ahead of us. Would be gorgeous to be in a side like that. France or Italy - Get to sing the French anthem which is one of the best songs ever invented; being part of a really fresh young team which has the potential to go very far would be great, especially under Blanc. The Italian national team seems to be really lacking direction at the moment so it's an easy choice. Man United or Inter Milan - Footballing issues are pretty much irrelevant here, I'd just hate to live in Manchester knowing I could be living in Milan. |
![]() Winner. "If I go to Anfield and someone puts the ball into the box and Carragher hammers it out of play the fans applaud. At Camp Nou you would never be applauded for that." - Xavi | |

Real Madrid or AC Milan always been my fav foreign club, such an iconic club with an amazing tradition Valencia or Napoli torn between which to pick, but following in the footsteps of maradona at napoli would swing it for me Everton or Villa Newcastle or Aston Villa would be living the dream of so many of my mates playing for villa, so no contest here Argentina or Brazil been following the fortunes of argentina since 1977 so they are an easy and obvious choice for me France or Italy Man United or Inter Milan do i really need to explain Man City or Liverpool lesser of two evils Chelsea or Arsenal arsenal by far, much more of a top club than chelsea ever will be, plus arsenal had players i liked in the 70s like stapleton, brady, mclintock, etc Bayern or AC Milan close and a difficult choice, but milan due to i like them more Juve or Spurs juve have always been my fav italian team, i loved the likes of bettega, causio in the 70s Edited by diego, Mar 27 2011, 01:54 AM.

Real Madrid or AC Milan - There's only one club in world football bigger than AC Milan, and that's Real Madrid. I love Milan as a club I'd do anything to be there but Real Madrid has an aura no other club in the world can match, Milan as a club means more to me and it would hurt to turn them down but pulling on that white shirt and playing for the most iconic football club of all time is something every footballer dreams of. Valencia or Napoli - It's a tough one, both teams are fairly level in terms of playing quality, but I think the Italian lifestyle and culture would suit me more. I'd love to score at the San Paolo, jump over the advertising boards, run on the running track and jump into the mental fans. Newcastle or Aston Villa - Let's be honest, Newcastle is a shit hole. Birmingham isn't any better, but in Newcastle, football matters. Football is a way of life and I'd love to be a part of their footballing community. The stadium is better, they've had many more magical moments over the years and appeal more to me as a club. Argentina or Brazil - A proper nation who don't bottle and play with freedom. France or Italy - Amazing nation full of pride, heritage, class, and most importantly, a legacy of world class defenders. I'd want to be the next one, I'd wear my heart on my sleeve and give everything to make the fans love me. Man United or Inter Milan - Inter. Set in a beautiful city, playing at the San Siro, recent European honours, an amazing defensive mentality, top class players and a proper history, no plane crash sympathy cards required. |

Wet your cat Cule, those photos of Amalfi and the surrounding coast . I've just realised I've been there, it's where limoncello comes from, fucking amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing. Thing is, it's about an hour and a half drive from Naples, which itself is somewhat intimidating and dreary, 3hrs drive a day to get to training and back would be a bit of a pain. I'd play for Valencia and retire to the Amalfi coast .

Mate have you ever been to Newcastle? It's absolutely not a shit hole, beautiful city, extremely pleasant environment to stroll around in. OK at night you may see things you'd rather not but the city itself is lovely. Edited by Artrun, Mar 27 2011, 01:06 PM.
