It's time to accept that even if he never played football in his life he'd still be a legend of the game, like Mourinho is. He is without doubt the best manager on the planet, an absolute inspiration. |

Mourinho is a better coach, much more intelligent, more tactically astute, more charismatic, better man management. Better at practically everything bar the attractive football. But yes, Pep has done extremely well to mould this Barca side and get them all playing perfectly to his philosophy. It works against him that he has so many great players at his disposal, if he'd have achieved all of this at a club like Arsenal for instance he'd undoubtedly be hailed a master of the trade, but when you have Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Pique etc in your side it's hard to take too much credit for winning games. |

He deserves so much credit for the way he's got Barcelona playing. He is very charismatic as well and his players play for him as much as themselves. |

Almost cost them the tie in the first leg. You wouldn't catch Mourinho fucking up like that. |

Inter's campaign in 08-09 was pretty awful, though I really have no idea how much of that was down to Jose. |

This. I admire his passion and enthusiasm for great football though. Wanting RVP and Cesc to play in order to create a better footballing game is something to be admired. |

I wouldnt claim that Pep was one of the best until he manages another team. I could win the league with the Barca team. If he goes to another team and does the same there as he has at Barca then you wont be able to doubt the guy. |
