David Silva is deffo world class, as is Robin van Persie. Scholes as well I guess.
All borderline for me.
Yep, and if you're writing that list, then Patty E has to be in it. Out and out world class last season, and though he had a nasty start to this one, he's rapidly getting back to his best. He's also helped by the fact that bar Ashley Cole who's the best in the world there aren't many others to trouble his status as 2nd best LB in the world :wipeee:

TBH if RVP is in it then Rio is as well, no question whatsoever.

Tevez is also borderline world class.
Rio wasn't in my team.

Yeah I forgot Tevez, he's world class.

Evra rapidly getting back to his best :hysterics: I'd rather have Marcelo.

Winner.

Yeah, though the fact that rolling thought it was a good idea to play Tevez, who's best as a lone striker, with Rooney, who's best as a lone striker, and restrict David Silva, who's by far at his best when given the freedom to roam the pitch, on the left wing, struck me as odd.

Tevez and Rooney partnership worked brilliantly at United. No-one said Silva couldn't roam in that formation.

RONEY AND TEVEZ PARTNERSHIP WAS FUCKING SHIT YOU MORON.
Scholes

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

:laughcry:

I'll let you two argue that one.

Either way both are more effective alone, Silva is more effective in the hole and you've now got one more space in your side to put someone great like Balotelli in.

I think the London team would edge it. The side DaG posted for London looks better than anything I can assemble with the two Manchester clubs.
