It's official! Peligrini has been sacked, and there is 98% chance of Mourinho becoming the new manager for Real Madrid Club de Futbol, or did Mourinho all ready sign with them?

OKAY!

Time for some speculation. What formation will they use? Who will he bring in and who will go? Will Madrid become the CL favorites by virtue of his presence? Can Ronnie respond to Mourinho's ego? Will they be able to get along?

What kind of tactics, formation, or playing style will Mourinho use? I'm thinking this....

---------------Casillas
---Ramos-----Albiol---???????-------??????
---------Alonso ----------Diarra
----Ronaldo --------Kaka --------??????
---------------???????

I'm expecting the back 4 positions to be 2 current defenders at the club and 2 new defenders (Cole, David Luiz, or maybe Terry). I'm not even sure what he will do for the CF spot. There are a lot of rumblings about Higuain and Benzema departing from the club, but who knows? LW will probably be Di Maria, since there are talks about him making a move to Madrid. Will he bring in his Chelsea boys: Lamps, Terry, Cole, or even Drogs? Will he bring in his Inter boys: Cambiasso, Milito, Zanetti, or Samuel/Lucio?

As for who will go I'm guessing, Drenthe, Guti, M. Diarra VDV, and Gago.

Like I said, nothing is official yet, but there is a certainty that Mourninho will become Madrid's new manager and he will definitely make big moves for the club!

What going to happen for Madrid next season?

Could be trouble between the chairman and manager. Both like to do it 'their' way, could cause problems like the Abromovich relationship did.

Good point YYD.

All little off topic, but Jose always envied Fergie's ability to have control over club and its chairmen. Mourinho might actually have Fergies "club controlling" feel.

I recon Perez should let Mourinho take matters into his own hands. Perez's "way" of doing things isn't proving anything for this top club at all.

Yeah, like Jose is really going to take arguably the world's best player out of his best position and play a nothing player on the left instead.

Paddy- Madrid dont need him, Mourinho isnt a man who will make too many signings, and there are other areas he will look to improve before Mascheranos position... Barcelona on the other hand, need mascherano.. and mascherano would be great there , and i feel , would truely complete there team

Matty-- Im either gettign Alonso or Ronaldo, i keep changing my mind :)

Barca want Fabregas though. And Mascherano is twice the player Lass is.
