FA Cup final is the same day as the Copa Del Rey final. I hope I don't have to miss Arsenal.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

RvP made the difference tonight in the way we played and created.Such a shame all the influential/quality players were out injured as he can't do it all himself.I hope he's not back in vain and we can rob Chelsea/Utd of the PL somehow.

He did look very sharp when he came on, but I do wonder about his long term fitness over the course of a season.

Arsenal forward Robin van Persie is convinced that his five month injury lay-off, and the rehabilitation involved, will actually be a major help for him in the future.

The Dutch international ruptured his ankle ligaments in a November friendly against Italy, an injury that kept van Persie away from the Gunners until his impressive substitute appearance in Arsenal’s 2-1 loss to Tottenham on Wednesday.

Van Persie believes that his work while rehabbing his injury will ultimately make him a better player in the future.

“The amount of hard work I put in (during my rehabilitation) was incredible,” van Persie told the Daily Mail.

“I would start at 10am and get home at 8.30pm. Sometimes I was so tired I could not even drive.

“So I had no fear about how I would feel or about my shape when I would make my comeback.

“I just know that if my body is in good shape, I don't have to worry about a thing on the pitch.

“That's why I had the confidence to turn it all on immediately from the first minute I came on.”

I fucking love this guy. My favorite player ever.
