Vermaelen was at fault for the second goal.
Vermalen is error prone at times. Our intire backline looks shaky.

FA Cup final is the same day as the Copa Del Rey final. I hope I don't have to miss Arsenal.

Song was at fault for the goal, no question. Clichy's role was irrelevant.
I called it a dark day when Wenger sanctioned Ashley Coles move to then reigning PL champions.

Wenger is pathetic.
Ashley Cole didn't want to stay and I don't think any foreign clubs actually made an offer.Clichy has been poor for 2 years now but who else can we get with Gibbs not fit until July and Traore a LW?
He still was under contract. If that was Fergie he would never of allowed it.

Wenger = Bottle job.

A GK is a must.I don't think Almunia made a save today-again.His reaction or-lack of-to Drogba's free kick was shocking.He didn't even look alert when it didn't go in!He's awful and I would pick Mannone until the end of the season.Of the 3 GK's who've played for us this season,he has looked the best imo.Inexperience can be compensated for but lack of quality can't.

Thankyou :thumbsup:

I've been trying to convince these idiots on MSN of that case, blind little fuckers.

Maybe he is but what was the god like David Dein doing when we sold Cashley an Vieira before him?It can't all be down to Wenger no matter how much you hate him.

Wenger the one who decides these things. He is the architect. Look at Walcott absolute proof Wenger's judgement even when he does put his hand in his pocket and spends is completely loony tunes.

Wenger = :clown:

Wenger didn't want him to go at the time so why wasn't more done to sell him abroad?Maybe if Wenger could do 1 job like manage the team then maybe we would do better.And yes,Walcott is awful-no world cup for him.Maybe we'll get Guardiola in 2011 when his an Wenger's contract expires.IMO though,it's down to individual players not being good enough and now being found out.

This is why I laugh at Wenger, he truely bought into his own press that he is a genius. It is painful to see him this confused and struggling to find answers.

Not much was done by old Arse in regards to selling Ashley abroad considering he told Cole to join Chelsea and leaving him out of the clubs new season squad picture. We get Gallas, a thief and a stroper. Wenger only looks out for his own.

This is my point Crimson.Even if Wenger decided to sell him,surely the finer details are down to the sporting director.He's doing too much.He should highlight who he wants in or out and leave it to the board to make it happen.As for the Gallas comment,he's been good this season (even if you dilike him) and I don't think having Cole at LB and Senderos at CB for example would have changed the result today or every time in the past.

It's a mess at the moment. We have Wenger signing a 35 year old CB who when last played for the club had a mental break down. we have him signing the likes of Silvestre paying him 2.5m a season. Being blackmailed by Adebayor and his agent to get better money and then stop trying. Even pays the club back by almost sparking a riot. And then wenger claims he is responsible with the clubs money. Wenger's got too much power he is out of control.

If Wenger has too much power then it is up to the board who own the club to take some of it back.Gazidis is Dein's replacement and has stated that not winning is unacceptable.That being the case,he needs to do his job and complete a transfer which he failed to do last week.Too many people are resting on their laurels with the manager being a convenient an at times deserved scapegoat.

I am afraid that Wenger was the only fool intrested in a player who threatened to score own goals when in his dispute with Chelsea. It's only been this season that we have had at least got some value for money and thats probably due to the fact his contract is up in the summer.
