Up top, as in leading the line you fucking idiot. He can't do it. The bloke is bullied.

lol more bullshit from you. We don't play a game in which Eduardo is going to have to hold the ball, and if he does the wingers aren't doing their jobs right. Its about quick linking and direct play high up the park, not hitting it long into Eduardo, holding the ball, and then passing to arriving runners. Eduardo can lead the line very well, and has done so on several occasions during the year. He destroyed an Italian NT back 4 leading the line, and has done so against England several times as well. He also did it in a cold game at Blackburn against all Mark Hughes thug tactics, scoring 2 goals.

Bang bang i am a thick twat, ur dead.

I agree with Arshavin.
Idiotic post. Eduardo's problem was not his lack of hold up play, his finishing had gone to shit. Again, you don't watch Arsenal matches, hell, you don't even watch Barca matches, so don't comment about things you don't have much idea about.
I don't think anyone was talking about a lack of hold up play mate, fact is, like Shava said, you don't have a fit centre forward: 'How can you select Arshavin as centre forward?" :hysterics:

I said it before and have been proved right; maybe you should try not watching Arsenal mate, you might end up with a modicum of my wisdom.

Why? Knowledge is irrelevant, anyone can know anything by just looking up a fact on wikipedia. Understanding is what matters, and the fact that your opinion changes by the week would demonstrate that you have very little.

If things are that bad at Arsenal and we're only 6 points off top, where would we be if Wenger did have a slight clue what he was doing? Top by 15 points? Does that mean our players are vastly superior to those at Chelsea and United that they are keeping so close despite a completely inept manager? Tell me folks because i'm confused.
Wenger's the confused one, we may look decent on paper this season but that is masking the truth. If we went on to win the PL this current squad would have to go down as the weakest Arsenal squad to win anything under Wenger
:greatpost: If we win the league it will be deserved.

Which of my opinions have changed recently? NONE. I know more about football than you full stop. Understanding, knowledge, whatever you want to call it. The lad didn't even know Barca played 433 last season, thought they played a 4231 ffs :hysterics: :hysterics: :hysterics:

To be fair their formation could easily be depicted as a 4-2-3-1 so that's not ridiculous at all. You and your fucking formations, you'd think players had steel rods connecting them, stopping them from moving backwards and forwards, by the way you go on.

No, it absolutely cannot be. They do not play wide midfielders, nor do they play 2 holding players behind an out and out AM. They play one DM, 2 box to box CMs, and 3 forwards.

----Xavi Toure
Messi Iniesta Henry
------Eto'o

If you deny that you could ever look at them on the pitch and see them in this shape then you're lying.

If we go by what you say it wasn't a 4-3-3 anyway, it was a 4-1-2-3. :)

Again, you're not making sense. Sure at various points in the game it might look like that, but it would be dictated by certain situations. However, the roles of the players NEVER change for Barca throughout a game. Xavi's role is never to sit next to a DM (NOT YAYA TOURE BTW) and Iniesta is never a dedicated AM. Its a 433 full stop.

But generally Xavi will be deeper than Iniesta, and Messi and Henry deeper than Eto'o, especially in off the ball situations and at the beginning of attacks, so a 4-2-3-1 is not wholly inaccurate. At the end of the day it's a ridiculous thing to debate anyway, let's get back to the subject in hand. Why is everyone suddenly making out that Arsenal are in terrible shape?

Because you were on the end of another embarassing scoreline against a top team.
