Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

what about if a defender miscontrolled a high ball with his foot and his first touch allowed it to bounce over him so under poressure he then headed the boucning ball back to the keeper?

Well for a start that is totally accidental and the only reason my example would be penalised if because it doesn't conform with 'the spirit of the game'. An indirect free-kick to the other side would be given, but I think it only applies when a team does it for time-wasting purposes.
