A murderer that gets away with it is no worse than a murderer that gets caught. As for Woodbine, Thierry Henry was a better player and a better man than Roy Keane. |

the thing is mate, if we play football on a sunday and we take a hit, we get up we get on with it, and yes sometimes we stick our leg in as a revenge, we dont roll on the floor and cry about it, and our managers dont come out after using it as an excuse for playing poorly against inferior teams. theres no denying that bad tackles go in, but these over paid nancy boy's dont half make a meal of tackles that have always been part of the game. if you want a non contact sport, id suggest net ball |

So when your leg is broken by some fucking nutter, you get up and get on with it wtf!? Even if that was the case, why does the same thing not apply for handballs? |

i don't and never will condone players that have set out to cause injury, in the same way i don't condone cheating, wether its maradona, henry or whoever, and as for being on the recieving end of tacles, i have, i had tendons in both my left and right foot ruptured by late tackles whilst playing in local leagues, but i also dished out a bit myself, thats why have have no time for players that feign injury, a real injury like torn tendons would have half of todays pampered players in tears |

i dont ever remember saying that what henry did is worse than keanes tackles on haaland.henry cheated a nation out of the world cup.keane ended someones career.one is cheating the other isnt.
i dont ever remember saying he wasnt.i truly despise henry for what he did against us.i like keane but he has been a prick the last few years. |

Do you have anything insightful to say at all? I want a sport where needless acts of violence are eradicated. And yes, following through unnecessarily is violence. You can't condone it, the Reading players were making a tackle and then trying to 'rough up' Liverpool players after the ball had been played. I don't care how much they get paid, it's just not on, and skilful players are usually the victims. But you want to see that sort of thing, I suggest you stick to Hugby. Not exactly cheating is it...he disadvantaged his own team by getting sent off, it's pure evil though, that's what it is. |

Henry didn't cheat anyone out of a world cup, he just cheated you of a less than 50% chance of making the world cup. But Woodbine, please answer this properly. Who should be scrutinised more - Henry for his handball or Keane for his violence on Haaland? |

how the fuck can you not understand that breaking a leg is not cheating.i've broken a foot because of a tackle.it happens in football.you're gonna get injuries.
shit team?we went through the whole group unbeaten and we beat france in paris.france were below average and didnt even deserve to go to the world cup.we deserved to be there much more than they did and most will agree |

to cheat is to gain an unfair advantage, keanes awful challenge got him sent off, which actually passed the advantage over to city, 11 vs 10, a reckless or malicious challenge is just that, not cheating and i didnt mean to belittle keanes challenge, it was awful, and there was history between the two, when haaland stood over a badly injured keane accusing him of cheating, would have angered the most angelic of people, keane was a devil, and waited his chance for revenge, not good at all, im not condoning it as ive said before, but i can understand it |
