Wrighty's team is yet to be analysed as this is his first match-up.

I actually quite like his team and he has a few attacking players I really like. Despite this, his three man midfield is mind-boggling, with crazy picks in Hleb and Benayoun, both of whom, especially the latter, aren't accustomed to such a position. And just to add insult to injury, he has three players in-front of the aforementioned duo that are of the same ilk shall we say. I love Berbatov and Anelka, excellent players, though it's worth noting that neither are out and out goalscorers and neither will take the initiative to score goals.

So there are clear flaws in Wrighty's team though it's not a bad team by any means.
Scholes

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I vote for Scholes, don't like Wrightys system. Good players though.

Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship - and we will - success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once.

Asenjo had yet another howler last night. I really like DaG's team; best defence in the game and a really silky strikeforce but that midfield is just shocking mate. Just one quality CM would have swung it, but Scholes it is.

Winner.

Scholes...i don't like Dag's midfield. I'm not a huge fan of Scholes' wings as i said in the last round but at least they're in position!

Why is my midfield bad? Not one of those players loses the ball, all of them are extremely mobile and run for days, and are great in positioning. A proper 4312 cannot be played if the outside mids cannot both excel in mobility and in possession. The perfect mids for this formation are Marchisio and Iniesta, but Benayoun and Hleb are more than able replacements.

That makes absolutely no sense. Is Iniesta not in position at Barcelona?

My back 5 is better as well, superior keeper, and the gulf between each set of centre-backs is greater than the gulf between each set of full-backs.

You're forwards are pure shit though. Such a lack of creativity and penetration.
