Artrun clearly put no thought whatsoever into his team. What a mess, scattered with incohesive players. |

Artrun - regardless of his team's imbalances in the midfield, it just has far too much firepower. Along with the best striker in the world, he employs the wizardry of Antonio Cassano and the flair of Henry. Set that against a surprisngly solid back 4 - well, at least far more solid than Ant's! - and you see that his team is a quality one. I don't like Ant's side, despite him having the best player in the world in his side. It just seems incredibly average compared to Arty's team. Sorry ant |

This lad's just bitter because I told him he had the worst defence in the game. More tactical voting. More solid than my defence? Maybe that'd have an ounce of credibility if you'd have ever seen Silva or Gamberini play before, but you haven't, and to claim those two are better than a combined CB partnership of Pepe and Bruno, who may I add, were one of Europe's best CB partnerships not so long ago, is quite frankly pathetic. Vote against my team if you like, but the midfield 3 is perfect, replicating and improving on the midfield that has carried Milan for the last decade. The strikeforce is scintilating, you have incredible wing play from two of the most deadly on the planet, Ronaldo and Navas would be fit to tear any defence in the world open, then you have the clinical, intelligent Lisandro whose movement would be the finishing touch for all the creativity and penetration that the wings provide. |

Ant. Artun made some brilliant picks but the team is a 'bit of a mess to say the least. Unlike Artun, Ant's team is well-built and each player has a role to play |

This is actually really close. Arty's defense is far, far better. I'll have to mull this one over. |

I'm really not sure, Artrun certainly has some brilliant individuals on the pitch, but as has been mentioned, no real game plan. Ant's team is well shaped, organised and effective, despite having arguably worse players. I feel really bad because, although there's a part of me that's always loved the spirited, carefree, expressive football which Artrun's team will no doubt exhibit, the rest of me realises that these sides always come undone when faced with determined, experienced and organised opposition - which is exactly what TeamAnt offers. For that reason I'm going to vote for Ant. Like the Galacticos, like Brazil in 2006, like Madrid will this year, Artrun's team is just going to implode under it's own creative burden - the way he'd want to go I'm sure. Sorry mate. Lucky boy Ant. Edited by elcule, Dec 7 2009, 03:46 PM.

The best player in the world actually plays for Artrun's team, but I'm not convinced about the partnership with Henry, nor the pick (Henry) itself. Sissoko and Elano are both question marks for me, Elano in particular when considering the likes of Scholes and Cassano are of similar build and energy in midfield. Evra is a big attacking weapon and has established himself firmly as one of two best LBs in the world, whilst the rest of the back line looks solid. As with most of these match-ups, I think it's reasonably close, but Ant's use of Ronaldo and a tidy looking midfield three, coupled with the fact he has a working system, edges this one for me. |

Artrun by a mile. It has more firepower, especially with the best striker in the world and a wizard in Antonio Cassano. Combined with a solid back 4 Art's side is far greater. |

Ant is better off going 4231. Both Pirlo and Cambiasso would prefer to be deeper. |

Cambiasso and Pirlo have both played 4-3-3 for the past 5 years, but you think you know better than the likes of Ancelotti, Mourinho and indeed the players themselves?! |

WHAT?! This is the first time I've seen Milan ever play a 433 system, and Pirlo plays as the man in the middle 3. |
