Haha this reminiscing is absolutely amazing, listen to this piece of craft right. It was our mate's birthday soon and my mate bought him a pack of powerpods (3 in a pack) that we used to collect when we were about 10, and we executed this cunning plan where we opened the pack, took out the powerpods and replaced them with the common duplicates we had like Neil Lennon and Alan Stubbs and then sealed the pack back up. Absolutely criminal.
:hysterics: Such shit players, nobody wanted them. I used to have Fowler and McManaman ones, they were my faves.

omg yesssssssss you collected them tooooo. I still have my stash tucked away, pure collector's items. We even used to play the game on those ridiculous pitches you could download off the website. My first one was a Beckham silver-base.

I never played the game, just collected them, I whipped them out a few months ago as it happens. Scholes, Pires, Henry, Vieira, Keane, Beckham, Solskjaer, Juan Pablo Angel, beautiful.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I was planning on rekindling my collection at some point actually. You can order them in packs of 10 from the net, and I really want a few of this generation's stars. Such a brilliant franchise that. They ruined it with the introduction of that horrific "black base" idea.

During maths we used to slyly take someone's bag, open it and then find some homework that was due in for a lesson we had later that day with a strict teacher. We'd take the homework out, put everything back as it was and sneak the bag back where it was. Then we'd make conversation about the lesson later on that day and ask the poor lad if we could see what he did for his homework. Of course he couldn't find it and watching the little goon sweat buckets was absolutely priceless.

I remember me, my brother, and my ate used to egg cars. we'd buy a carton of eggs and there was this little area round my mates house where we could stand between other house and just wait for cars to pass bye. We'd egg the cars and they wouldn't be able to turn, all they could do was stop the car, get out, and try to catch us. But by the time they got out we'd have ran through the alley across another street and into my mates house lol. Most people would never bother getting out though. But one time we nailed this one car and the twats kept driving. But as we were walking back for the day there was this lad walking towards us, hands in pockets. As soon as we walked by he turned around and launched eggs at us, nailing my friend lol.

lol that's quality. Reminds me of our antics in English during GCSE year. We'd be sat in a ring and someone would nick someone else's bag, pass it around until it reached the person opposite. He'd then take all the stuff out and turn it inside it under the desk, re-sealing the upturned bag with all the stuff back in it. This would happen about 4-5 times per lesson but no-one could do anything about it as the teacher would get pissy.

Supply teachers were the best fun. Some of the things we got up to, but what sticks in my mind is when our normal teacher left notes for the cover teacher, and at the end of the lesson she says something along these lines, ''Ok guys your homework for today is none set, I'm sure you all know what that means and can get on with that before your next lesson''.

Out and out Goonie moment, pathetic really.

We did the same thing with AA batteries. I have no idea why but i'm ashamed of myself.

If somebody hit my car with batteries then I would get out and kick them up and down the street, no joke.

Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship - and we will - success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once.

Me too, that's why i'm ashamed of myself. We hit one bloke's pretty bad and he got out and gave us a right rollicking. You could tell he was keen on kicking the fuck out of us but with him being about 40 and us about 10 or 11 he couldn't do it. He did want to know where our parents lived though but we refused to tell him and he just stormed off.

I got out to kids a while back, thank god they ran. Dunno what I would have done if they just stood there  It's becoming more and more common. Little tyke standing his ground "Aye touch me and I'll see ye in court mucker", snots tripping him and all. Bastards.
