Well that is actually a massive relief, 'course he'll miss the Chelsea game, and i think he'll miss the Liverpool game as well, but it'll only be 5 or 6 league matches. Considering Drogba could actually be out for just as long, the news doesn't seem as devastating now

And how long after he returns will he be fully fit and sharp?

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

Would've thought around mid-late January, which is still a very long time

Ligaments not completely torn, only a slight tear. 5 weeks out for Robin.
That's good news!

He'll score a hat-trick first game back.

It's even better, someone posted on Croatian Arsenal forum that interviewer who interviewed Robin said it involves human placenta!
Yep.
Human. Placenta.
It's not confirmed yet though.
Some link would be welcomed.
That this method could make him fit in 2-3 weeks.
I was read a lot on similar methods of healing and curing and it looks like sometime in the future it could really work, who knows maybe it's already now?

6 weeks becomes 4 months=out for the season. We will now pay through the nose for a second rate striker in January unless Wenger can find a gem.

Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship - and we will - success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once.

Haha. We could do with him now tbh as long as he was making an effort.Today's news simply exposes the farce of building a team around RvP who has and always will be injury prone.

How the fuck does someone racking down on your ankle having anything to do with being injury prone? Are you injury prone Gunberg? How about you let me have a fucking go at ur ankle and see how injury prone u actually are.

Keep your hair on.I know you love RvP but he isn't immune to criticism just because you rate him.The fact is that EVERY season but 1 he has has had a long term injury. How they happen is somewhat irrelevant. We cannot challenge with an injury prone main striker if the backup isn't as good or better. It's a fact.No need for childish threats either.

Arsenal should secure a 6 month loan deal for RVN, would be perfect.
