No-one's saying you were wrong for disagreeing with the high five, I think everyone is just registering their utter disbelief / annoyance that a person can be so anal. It's embarassing.

Winner.

Scholes' analysis is spot on but at the same time largely unnecessary.

After reading his highly-excitable post I was looking forward to seeing Chiellini and Cannavaro celebrate Van Persie's injury. After watching with great anticipation, instead I see Cannavaro acknowledge a piece of good defending. Total letdown.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

That's where you're wrong. If I was being pedantic then I can fully understand the insults that were later hurled my way, but I wasn't, I was asking a genuine question. Apologise now, I don't like being on the receiving end of red rage.

Sorry mate, I won't assume intelligence on your part in future.

Intelligent enough to assume you're not blind, but also intelligent enough to assume that an intelligent person like yourself wouldn't get so excited over what they realised was a low five in acknowledgement of good defending. More easily amused (and angered) than I thought however.

Scholes, do one. At least appreciate that such a comment could appear to come across as pedantic, anal, cuntish etc...

Rolling, do one. At least appreciate that such a comment could be a genuine question given the context of his post, and that the insulting post that followed was rash and poorly judged.

Not being funny here, but I would never mistype low-five as high-five, I suppose some people are able to differentiate between what they represent.
