Of course Man City goes without saying, Everton have a quality manager who has built a brilliant squad. Tottenham are the Chelsea of the non-top 4, they've had the players good enough to push for a top 4 place for a while now, but other factor's (Confidence, Managers) Have stopped the squad from properly gelling. Villa have got plenty of cash, a good squad and an excellent manager. Sunderland are only really the other club that springs to mind, but i can't ever see them pushing on and challenging the top 4.
