Allardyce was the biggest one I can think of in recent years, it was criminal really cos he's a top manager who would have kept Newcastle in the PL with ease. Newcastle got what they deserved for that one. |

Martin Jol. Now Tottenham are suffering because of their plain stupidity. |

Robson was sacked at Barca? Good call on Del Bosque, but Donadoni? |

Capello in his two spells at Madrid won the league so he should get a mention |

From breaking into the top 4 to settling for 8th is suffering and you have to take into account what Tottenham may have achieved had Jol stayed on. Maybe challenging United and Chelsea for honours over the years. |

If Jol stayed he wouldn't have got them above 8th that season such was his horrendous start, but I agree it was a poor sacking but under Ramos they won the CC and climbed to midtable. |

Well, Robson wasn't sacked, but he was moved to the role of Director for no reason when Van Gaal (sp) came in, Barca fucked him about big time. Donadoni didn't do much wrong at Italy, he's doing a far better job than Lippi is doing now, I feel that he would have been far keener to take on and bring through the youth than Lippi currently is. |

Italy played poorly underneath Donadoni, and irrespective of Lippi's performances now, Donadoni was a crap manager and even though he would be more willing to blood the youngsters he needed to be sacked in order to pave way for a new manager. |
