has joined Galatasaray.

The Brazilian playmaker has ended his two-year spell at Eastlands and will move to the Istanbul giants for a fee believed to be around £8 million.

So sad to see him go because I love the guy, but at the same time this is a WC season and he needs first team football to stay in the WC squad. I don't think Galata is the right move for him as even if he plays extremely well he won't be noticed. Good luck to him.

He could have player on the right for city when swp wasnt around but he did have to go for a chance to play for Brazil in the WC to be fair to him

We're playing 433 next season so he'd have played as one of the creative midfielders, replacing Ireland or possibly Barry once either are injured. He won't get first team football, and Hughes will have told him this, hence why he's leaving.

Take a bow Mr Blumer
