Nah get real what Ronaldinho did between 03-06 was genuinely because he was so unique he was one of the kind and what he did to Chelsea and Real Madrid is legendary. Ronaldinho was a genius who had it all and I will never forget.

Trophies are used as a tie breaker for players of similar quality. Giggs is no where near the likes of Zidane, Henry, Ronaldo, etc. |

I'm sorry but as a football purist I'd rather watch Messi at his peak than Ronaldinho... |

Dinho is not even on Eto'o/Xavi/Iniesta's level, let alone Messi. |

Messi has also been in the top 3 best players in the world for 2 seasons now, the same amount as Dinho. Messi has realistically eclipsed Dinho now. |

Eto'o is Barca's player of the decade, followed by Ronaldinho, then Xavi. |

Because our defence has won us fvck all except in 05/06 when it was class. Harsh though it sounds cos I love the bloke, we would have won everything we have won without Puyol, the same cannot be said for Ronaldinho, Xavi, Eto'o and Messi. |

Wise words from a Barca fan I saw Barca v Deportivo at the Nou Camp and saw Ronaldinho score an amazing free kick about 2 mins into the game, and I must say, for that 90 mins he was Barca's most creative player. Ronaldinho in his prime was not a fatty doing useless tricks as someone put it, anyone that thinks that obviously didn't see him in his prime. Messi I think hasn't even reached his prime, which is frightening...and I'm sure in few years time we will all look back and say Messi was better...just not quite yet. |
