Whether it is a different culture or not, it is still unprofessional to speak out to the papers about fellow teammate.

If Beckham didn't care about La Galaxy he wouldn't have gone there in the first place, He doesn't need any more money. He is set for Life.

No drive.. pushed his way back into the Madrid team to change Capellos mind and pushed his way back into the England team when it looked like the end was here.
No leadership qualities...Just captained one of the best Countries & Club in the world. But I guess not..

The Fans are fickle, and they changed their boos to Woos after 90 minutes, so I am sure the boos won't last that long.
Im talking about Galaxy not what he's done before

He was captain of England because of Sven :hysterics: look what happened there.......

He only went to America.......

No.1 To make himself more famous

No.2 His wife forced him to go there

No.3 The lifestyle

No.4 100s of million at sake

No.5 Brand Beckham

This guy cares more about Brand Beckham than football and quite frankly its people like him who disgust me thats why I love real heroes like Arshavin and Van Persie who are what you call role models and quality footballers.

WRONG, his wife didn't want to go there because she didn't want to take the kids out of school and she even stayed in Spain & Uk for awhile before eventually moving to LA.

Beckham wanted a new challenge, respect him for that.

Henry is talking about going to play in the MLS too sometime during his career, does that make him the subject of all these accusations too?

Henry loves New York and will go when he is no longer able to compete at the highest level so I have no problem with that infact I like it if these guys join the MLS. What I dont like is somebody not going there for footballing reasons and not putting their shift in and thinking this is a joke.

The fans are furious with him

Sources now believe the dad-of-three will turn his back on Major League Soccer for the sake of his family
:hysterics: :hysterics: :hysterics: :hysterics: :hysterics:

Ye thats right run away

Fan Ricardo Vigil, 28, added: “Beckham should go now. He betrayed our team. I don’t think he wants to be here.

“We boo a lot of players – they don’t come and challenge our guys.”

Becks played down the scenes after he was substituted to a chorus of boos after 75 minutes of the 2-2 draw.

He said: “The majority of fans here wanted to watch the game and the great players and they enjoyed themselves.

“I tried to shake one guy’s hand but he didn’t want any of it. They were saying things that really weren’t very nice.”

But journalists in the US told another story. Helene Elliott wrote: “Many Galaxy fans see the multi-tattooed Englishman as an over-the-hill, overpaid superstar.

“On Sunday, they let him know how they felt in no uncertain terms.”

The latest bust-up comes after Beckham fell out with his team-mate Landon Donovan, 27, who said: “If someone’s paying you more than double anybody in the league, you should bust your ass every day. That hasn’t happened.”

You know nothing of the reasons he went there or about how much effort he is putting into it. Don't believe what you read in the papers.

Funny how all this has come out now Yanks hate him for Chosing England over US isn't it?

Of course he wants to join AC. He's been told by Capello to move back to Europe to stay in the England team, COMMITTMENT.

And Like I said, 1st Minute it was Boos, 75th minute it was Woos. Now that's what I call Fickle.

It's a stupid issue that's been blown way out of proportion just plain and simply because it's Beckham. Any other player in any other league in the world and nothing would have been said.

Anyway, I'm off to sleep.

The riot squad was booing and abusing him all the way through the match and the only people who cheered for him at the end is the normal society i.e little kids and women.

Stupid idiot I have watched Beckhams progress at LA since he first joined exactly 2 years ago and I have to say that he has been a total let down and I dont read the papers to know what the situation nor do I care what the papers say or dont say. Just because I am thousands of miles away doesnt mean I dont know whats going on because I know exactly what is going on and I know exactly how most of the American public feel about him because the things they write about him on the internet along shows me how angry and nupset trhey are with him. This bloke gets millions every month for doing jack shit and wanting to leave :greatpost: fucking hope somebody teaches him a lesson.

Some guy asked Donovan a question and he answered it nothing to do with money and it shows how deluded you are to think this. The Riot Squad+real fans booed him and most real fans would have done the same.

Homer, stop being so harsh to Becks. He's a national legend and a hero, and it's perfectly understandable that he wanted to play for his country for as long as possible. To do that he was told in no uncertain terms by Capello he had to get a move to Europe. When he moved to Galaxy, he had been dropped from the England squad by Maclaren the mug and everyone thought he was off there to retire, as I believe he thought... ie - it was thought he could not compete at the highest level anymore, which is exactly what you're saying Henry is allowed to do. What he did in making the move to America was brave and pioneering. When it turned out his crossing skills were irreplaceable, he realised he had a chance to play once more for his beloved country, and so naturally did everything in his power to realise that dream. Once again you're cottoning onto media stories and jumping onto bandwagons. Becks is a hero, and don't you forget that. The day he retires will be a sad sad day, and I will be proud to tell my children one day that I witnessed him play :tremble: .

When he first joined LA Galaxy I was like wow great stuff but little by little the honeymoon period started to disapear and you grew tired of all these injuries and the lack of match time. He always seems relaxed and unfussed by everything because basically he doesnt give a shit if they lose he wont lose sleep over it his attitude is you win some you lose some....er David you haven't won for 3 months :hysterics:  WANKER. He only thinks about himself so it wouldnt bother me if this plastic player retired and to say he is a hero just shows what a typical Brit you are because the only thing he has ever done heroic is score against Argentina in wc and score that memorable goal against Greece other than that he is just a Manchester United legend. His free kicks are over-rated infact I rate Sniejders free kicks higher but because Beckham is an iconic figure people just suck him off over anything. When Michael Jackson died I felt sadness but if Beckham died well good riddance.

Look at those fucking Yank cunts in those pictures, absolute lunatics the lot of them.

David Beckham, what a hero, what a player, how you can compare Arshavin to the bloke is beyond me, one's achieved so much and the other hardly anything on the biggest of stages.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Donovan is a twat; sure, some of the ways in which Beckham influenced the team were wrong - eg demanding the captaincy (if true) - but Donovan comes across as a person who's simply bitter about no longer being the MLS' biggest attraction.

As for Beckham, I believe he was stupid to go to America, totally stupid, and the abuse he's getting now is - in my opinion - exactly what he deserves; i respect him for returning to Europe but it was his ridiculous decision to leave in the first place that I will never respect him for.

He's a great player who lost his way but I admire him for attempting to rectify his errors.
