Torres shouldn't be near the top 6 but this is my predictions:

6. Torres
5. Ibrahimovic
4. Iniesta
3. Xavi
2. Ronaldo
1. Messi

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

Robinho 50th, Rooney 10th, Ireland - Not even in it!! How does our player of the year not make it in ahead of another member of our team?!

CL performance impacts heavily Ant, but obviously that's irrelevant with Robinho V Ireland.

Told you Rooney would be placed highly.

Winner.

Ribery and Diego weren't in the CL, yet they've been placed incredibly highly. Ireland was of the same standard as Diego last season, yet he'll get nowhere near the recognition he deserves because he was at City and because he's Irish...

Ribery was in the CL, and Diego took Werder to the UEFA Final - with Werder fucking it up in his absence, so at least they have some European pedigree...

Shit yeah don't know why I said Ribery lol. Ozil was in the list ffs, he was a bench player for the most part of the season.

Remember Ireland got City to the QF's too, and he was the star man, that along with being our best player and showing signs of being one of the best midfielders not only in the league but in the world. To leave Ireland out is criminal, it'd be more accurate to put him at 6th place rather than leaving him out of the top 50 altogether...

He won't be in the list, as has already been pointed out, the final six will be Torres, Ibra, Ronaldo and the magical Barca trio.

Torres in no way shape or form deserves to be top 6, he was brilliant for the last quarter of the season but for the first three quarters he was either injured or strugglin for fitness.

I honestly can't see who that 6th pick will be, very difficult to decide.
