Henry 30 goals, Ronaldo 31, there's nothing in it woody. Henry was much more creative and had a lot more assists and team play to his name, whilst scoring 30 goals too. Ronaldo had barely any assists and he chose to shoot everytime. Henry scored better goals than Ronaldo, more talented pieces of play, and he made Arsenal better than what Ronaldo made United. So by your comparisons, Henry wins.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I don't care, the league is the bread and butter and what Henry did in the league far eclipses what Ronaldo did.

HENRY 02/03 WAS THE BEST THING THE PREM HAS EVER SEEN. 24 GOALS PLUS 23 ASSISTS. RECORD FOR GOALS+ASSISTS.

I've basically put together all the serious contenders for this. Also, it includes tournaments outside of the PL, so for example, Ronaldo being top scorer in the CL in 07/08 would have to be considered...

Henry 02/03 was the best. Scored a shit ton, assisted a shit ton, and was far better aesthetically.

Henry's best goal was at Upton Park, if ever you want to see a football struck sweetly, watch that goal...it's called a half-volley.

I was thinking the same Dag, Henry 02/03 was so productive and I saw how many assists he had that season, truly remarkable! The bloke scored 24 goals, despite assisting 23, and what makes that assists column so amazing is that he played alongside Bergkamp! How on earth he scored so many when he was creating as much as he did is beyond me. He won't get the recognition as the greatest season there though as Arsenal for all their good work only won the FA Cup that season if I'm not mistaken, but to lead an invincibles team in 03/04 and score as many as he did will win over more people than the 02/03 season despite maybe playing better individually that season.
