After watching the confederations cup for the past 2 weeks it has really hit me that England have nothing to fear from ANYONE and the boys are more than capable of beating anyone and its us they should be fearing not the other way round. Winning the world cup is one of those things that may only happen once in your lifetime so I hope it can be in 2010.

England do not have an attack close to being good enough to win the World Cup.

Got to laugh at Ant who freely brands people gloryhunters for supporting United when he doesn't even get behind his own nation...ditto Wrighty.

England have a great chance, good spirit, fantastic defence, experience, quality players all over the pitch, 'this could be our year'.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Hahahaha so I'm a glory hunter because I don't support anybody?! Please tell me how that works. I don't dislike England because they aren't good enough, i dislike them 'cos the country is shit, I hate the country, I don't feel a part of it, I don't want to feel part of it, 'cos I grew up hating all the players and I still hate most of them now. The only thing that makes me want to see England do well is when a Man City player is playing and I want the best for him/them.

I never said you were a glory-hunter, but you can't accuse United fans of not supporting their local team when you don't support your country, whatever your reasons may be.

Have you ever supported England at a major tournament? :D
