SWP obviously fits into RM or RW depending on who's out injured, Jo will be sold and Bellamy will be replacement striker. They'll get games as RSC won't stay fit all season..

Samuel Eto'o is edging ever closer to an exit from Barcelona, with Manchester City looming as the likeliest destination.

According to El Mundo Deportivo, the Cameroonian striker is now open to a move to Eastlands, having previously been uninterested in City's proposal. Indeed, Eto'o is rumoured to have already begun negotiations about his potential contract.

Eto'o is requesting a contract of four or five years, with some suggesting that City would make him the highest paid player in the world. The move could be beneficial for all parties, as Manchester City are offering Barca more than any other club, with the transfer fee thought to be in the region of €30 million.

Barca are desperate to cash in on Eto'o given that he could leave for free when his contract expires next summer.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

i like the negative attitude from alot of people but oh well people are free to comment on how they feel
some cause they dont like it some cause they dont agree with it and some cause they cant picture Man City as bein a big club

but im just waiting to c who joins and how they do before i get carried away but i hope we do prove all the doubters wrong

It's not that i don't like city, it's because they are just throwing money at anyone. 25-30m for a player in the last year of his contract who will be away for 6 weeks in january, one things for sure eto'o will be joining purely for the money surely city fans don't want to see players come just for the money. Make no mistake eto'o would not be coming were it not for the fact your going to pay him 200k a week after tax

Success is winning championships. It is nothing less than that. And when you win a championship - and we will - success isn't measured or accomplished by winning once.
