All footballers will look back at their careers for defining moments. These can be in the form of achievements, personal success and right career moves. Beckham for example will always remember how he achieved fame upon leaving a small club to join Real Madrid. Yet there are others who will look back with regret. Owen is one such example after leaving Real Madrid. Another is Steven Gerrard. Having won the Champions League, Gerrard had the oppurtunity to join a Chelsea and win the one club trophy that continues to elude him. Will he regret his decision to remain at his boyhood club? And has the financial problems at Anfield sealed his fate of remaining without a league title medal?

This thread was a slight improvement, but there's only one Liverpool fan on here, and he's the biggest WUM of them all :hysterics:

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

Gerrard has a very good chance of winning the league at Liverpool so he has no reason to leave.
