His finishing is getting better. I saw a stat in the Times which charts his gradual improvement from 33% goal:shot ratio two years ago to a 54% one now. That said, those stats were pre the Chelsea game.

I'm not convinced about him playing CF though, partly as I have never seen him play there. But also because he lacks physicality - all of you saw Evra muscle him off the ball last Tuesday - and reminds me of the old Michael Owen, in terms of height, physicality, and bags of pace, but without the killer goalscoring instinct. Hopefully Wenger can work with him in this and a striking star could be born.

A horror show or an horror show?

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart
