No chance he'll leave. I wish Madrid would just give up on this. In fairness, they probably aren't the ones making up this rubbish...

Also, Casillas is talking sense. I'd love to see Madrid back on top of La Liga and playing beautiful football, but they just seem to be run very poorly. At the moment, I wouldn't even say they are in the top 6-7 teams in the world. Ronaldo would do well to avoid such a rabble.

I think he'll be here next season and either way, it's win-win for us. Obviously if Ronaldo stays then happy days, if he goes and we get around £70m. --> Ribery + Some other star player well that's just great.

If Fergie isn't thinking about Ribery should Ronaldo leave then I don't see him even thinking about it, Ribery is the only man that can fill that gap on the wings, goal input is another story so maybe even that wouldn't tempt Fergie. €80m is a temptng offer for any player though, I'm sure it'd be given some serious thought if Madrid were to propose such an offer.
When Ronaldo goes the only player Man Utd will get is Antonio Valencia so stop dreaming.

Ribery called Utd a special club not so long ago. Sure I do dream of him lining up at OT but it's not beyond the realms of possibility like you imply. Ribery at Arsenal now that's far-fetched, all you can attract is kids.

Made the mistake of watching revista da la liga last night, after 20 minutes i switched it off and will not be in a rush to watch it again. Graham Hunter, ballague and the host Mark Bolton are so biast towards la liga you wouldn't think another league exsisted. I'll run through their main points:

1. Vidic will leave united for barca in the summer
2. Xabi Alonso will join Real
3. There is an agreement between ronaldo and real for him to join this summer
4. There is an agreement between the 2 clubs for a fee of 100m euros, but perez wants to sign kaka 1st and will only pay 70m euros
5. That agreement has been done between the clubs without fergies knowledge
6. Ronaldo has constantly said for the last 18 months that he wants to join real
7. United and their fans should be happy that real and la liga want ronaldo

Now i don't know where to start, ronaldo has said since the start of the season that he wants to stay at united, that he's at the right club. Only last week he said that his dream of playing for real is now dead and he wants to stay at united

If a deal has indeed been done between him and real this would contravine all of fifa's transfer rules, ronaldo is contracted to another club. As for a deal being in place between real and united without fergies knowledge, yeah right

The bit that really got me tho is that we should be honoured that real want him, as though we are a feeder club for spain, the only thing real can offer him at this moment is the weather because real are a shambles

It didn't say Vidic would leave, it said Barca's number one target is Vidic; in my mind that's fair enough, anyone with brains can see we need a decent CB.

Whether Vidic will come is another matter, but apparently his wife wants to leave Manchester for warmer climbs...

Winner.

Oh dear, here we go again.

Firstly, as far as united go, if Real offer 80 million for him, then let him go. He is the best in the world, but no player is worth that kind of money. Everybody said we couldn't replace Keane, or Cantona, or Stam, but Fergie seems to have a knack of evolving the team and filling in the gaps left by these players.

Personally, I don't see why Real is a tempting option for Ronaldo. They are in shambles as a club, cannot match Barcelona in the league, and are hilarious in the CL. Stay at OT for a couple more years to truly cememt himself as a legend.

I can't understand Real as a club either. I read somewhere that one of the presidential candidates wants to ship out the Dutch contingent from the club and replace them with Ronaldo and Kaka. That means Ruud, Robben, Drenthe, Van der Vaart, Sneijder, Huntelaar all to be booted out.
They seem to be believe that one player, or two , will be good enough to turn things around. Their defence is poor, their midfield lacks bite without Diarra, and their attack is over-dependant on Raul. They need to spend their money more wisely, or next year we will see Barca run away with things again.
When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea.

Fair enough it didn't say vidic would leave, but the insinuation was that united would struggle to keep him. It is plainly obvious that those 3 are insanely jealous of the premier league being better than la liga. Obviously i am desperate for united to beat barca but, after those comments, i want it even more because of how much those 3 would hate it

I don't see there being any chance of Vidic leaving this summer for the simple reason that Fergie doesn't want to sell him and Fergie has probably the best track record for keeping players that he wants when they might be tempted to leave, Giggs, Keane, Ronaldo etc . . .

Did you hear Albert Ferrar?! With a completely straight face he goes: "I'm not sure if Iniesta will play the final, i mean, if the are 2-0 up after 30 minutes then they might aswell take him off."

Like that's gona happen.

2-0 up after 30 mins! Not likely for either side.
