How good has this striker been?

Discuss.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

Great player but not elite. Was a massive fan of him in his Mallorca days and still like him as a player, but he'll never be up there in the highest or even 2nd highest bracket.

Complete striker, ie. Thierry Henry.

In that time, Barcelona have been the most dominant force on the planet, in terms of keep-ball and the fashioning of chances. Does this have no bearing on your choice?

Perhaps. I just dont like the word complete cuz they arent. To borrow from Ants team.... ronaldo and batistuta hyrbid - that would be a complete striker.

Not really;, a hybrid of RVN and Henry would be complete, but anyway, let's not deviate in topic.

Why should I? Does it factor into your choice of Henry?

 True. I think the only one thing people will say about Henry is that he didn't have brilliant aerial ability or target man presence, but imo heading was not a weakness of his and he did it adequately enough to be called complete.
