I think Arsenal have a great chance next season. Providing the key players don't get injured for prolonged periods and maybe another sturdy CM is signed.

Also, assuming Rosicky makes a return at some point, how will the team accomodate Arshavin, Rosicky and Nasri as I thought they basically play on the same flank? Perhaps Arshavin will play AMF.

Arsenal football club never tapped up Cesc I can assure you of that.
That is exactly what you did and its how Utd signed Macheda. Just because it's not against the rules doesn't mean it isn't tapping him up, its the same as what Real and Barca have done. I'll put it this way, if Barca had signed Wilshire before he was eligible for a first team contract what would you call that?

I assume then that he's downsized his ambitions if thats his intention. He may become the new Gerrard.
In the next 3 years he will win the CL and Premierleague
With this team the EPL is out of reach. The CL is a different matter because that depends on luck as well as quality, you don't win the league through luck.
Luck plays a part even in the league mate. That can be the deciding factor in between teams of very similar standards.

There are different rules in Spain so tapping up 15 year olds is legal but tapping up 21 year olds at Arsenal is illegal. Big difference.

Only Xavi is a better CM player then Cesc
He aint better
He might be the only CM more talented than Cesc but there are a few CM's who are better than Cesc. Talent needs consistent application to be realised. If talent was everything Ronaldinho would still be the best player in the world. RE: Arsenal's title chances I fully believe that with a new CM and CB you can challenge but that was obvious last summer and neither were signed. Hence why I don't see Arsenal being genuine contenders for the EPL.

You need a good DMF, I'm not sure that Denilson is up to playing that role.

Yet more people talking shit and buying into media rhetoric. You NEVER need a DM, especially with CBs who can do their jobs properly.

hmm

Perhaps, but then your 2 defenders would have to be very very good, and you could save yourself much cash by simply buying a DMF.
