Cristiano Ronaldo has finally killed off claims that he is heading to Real Madrid this summer.

In his strongest public statement about his future at Manchester United, Ronaldo said: “I’m no longer thinking of Madrid. That dream is dead.

"The only thing I dream about now is Manchester United and winning the Champions League again in Rome.”

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I think he'll stay, he has no reason to join that team when they're clearly inferior to us at this time. I'm ure he'll join them at some stage as he grew up dreaming of it and I'd be shocked if a foreign player stayed his entire career at Utd (from 17) but at the same time proud that we could have that affect on an overseas player.

If he stays next year then he's spent half of his career here and even though I'm not his biggest fan, that is as much as any Utd fan can realistically ask for. He should leave having no Utd fans on his back over it.

I think we should be eyeing up a potential replacement for him anyways if Nani doesn't step up, although maybe Ronaldo leaving would do him good in a way.

He should stay but I would love him to play for the whites.

I'd rather he stayed as United would really strengthen with 70 odd million...
