I don't doubt Keown was an Arsenal legend and a good player, but that behaviour is probably the most cuntish thing I have ever seen not only on a football pitch, but anywhere :redangry: :grr: :curse:

That video brings back memories, back in the days where i despised Man U with every bone in my body.

98-04 a match between Arsenal & Man U more or less personafied the reason that i love football

Goslow was an Arsenal fan back in the day. Shame.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I think you'll find a lot of clubs contributed to English clubs being banned from Europe, not just Liverpool. English teams had taken hooligan fans over to Europe for years and had made a nuisance of themselves. In the case of Heysel it got completely out of hand and led to a large number of deaths; the blame for this can unquestionably be laid at the feet of the Liverpool fans who started the stampede.

This does not, however, mean that Liverpool football club can be solely blamed for the expulsion of English clubs from European competition; if that were the case, do you not think that it only Liverpool would have been banned?

Liverpool fans may have been the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back, but these hooligans were as bad as each other; stereotyping and blaming Liverpool fans like that is disgusting imo.

liverpool were taking hooliganism to europe long before they got us banned, and regardless of what went before, liverpool fans got us banned, and only a few years back in athens they were at it again, prompting uefa to call them the worst fans in europe

ALL ENGLISH FANS WERE TAKING HOOLIGANISM INTO EUROPE not just Liverpool ones!!!!

Like I said, Liverpool fans may have been the final straw, but the repeatedly violent behaviour of English fans led to the blanket ban.

And they weren't being hooligans in Athens; they were simply not enough tickets to see their team play in a huge match - UEFA wouldn't have needed to respond as such if they had not sold half the tickets to fucking 'Mastercard', 'Ford' and 'Heiniken' employees in the corporate seats.

there were reports(and not press spec, from actual ticket holding fans) that they had been mugged by their own fans for tickets, mugging is violence whichever way you look at it

...there were also reports that Iraq had WMD's; that argument is totally conjectural.

I understand that you dislike Liverpool but that doesn't mean you always have to see the worst in them does it?

take a look at the thread title, and you wonder why i hate the scum bindipping bastards so much, and whilst im on the scouse hating thing, although i previously said i wouldnt give my reason for hating them, this is it

back in 1980 we played the twats at anfield, both teams challenging for the title, they won 2-0, that would be enough for most fans but liverpool, no, they beat up a united fan badly, this happens all the time you may say, well when its a pregnant woman and she loses her baby, its an whole new level, the scousers are scum always will be
