O'Neill is a bit of a bottler though, it's true. A quality manager who would be a great manager if he could keep his composure and conviction when the going gets tough. He gets noticably edgy and unsure as to what to do, and he loses some of his sense of judgement. He was the same way back when at Leicester City. But like i said, he's still a top manager but this downfall is what stops him from being truly great. |
