Juventus will always be a massive club Ant and Chiellini as an Italian knows this. :D I doubt there's one single Italian footballer who thinks Arsenal are bigger than Juve. I'd say a fair few of them think they're bigger than Utd and Liverpool aswell.
I love Juve but they are currently not part of Europes elite, that is almost factual.

Elejro Elia is a quality player DAG but I have doubts about whether he can step up to such a demanding level.
He is very fast, strong, and runs at players all day long. He has bollocks which is what we need.

Is he a tough tackler and can he clear high balls. That's what we're missing and really need at the back.

It's not about which club is bigger! Player's don't think like that. If they did Mikel, Essien, Robben, Ronaldinho would all be at Man Utd, but no, they chose other clubs for personal reasons.

Winner.

It can sometimes be a mixture of the prestige of playing for a world-renowned club, along wih the added incentive of money..Flamini being a prime example of that.

I could see Bassong slotting in quite nicely for us.

We need one more top centre back in if Gallas stays, and 2 if Gallas leaves.

DaG you are ridiculous in your treatment of Toure. He's a legend for Arsenal and has been top quality recently. We hadn't let more than one goal in in 22 games prior to Chelsea. Sagna Toure Gallas Clichy is a VERY good back line.

The thing is you don't realise how many errors these players make until they're in a team where th elevel of expectation is massive and everything they do is examined with a magnifying glass.

If Gallas does leave we stand absolutely no chance of winning the league , whenever he doesn't play at the back we're awful.

Chiellini is a fantasy in all honesty

I don't buy that. If he isn't replaced properly, of course. But if Wenger went out and got proper replacements we would be fine.

Defence's take time to gel DaG. An overhaul would be a step backwards. I hope we keep what we've got minus tweety, and get somebody solid to replace him. Nordtveidt might be good for a few games next season too, and maybe big Phil will return.

Nope. Top defenders are so few and far between that teams don't let them leave without a fight. Wenger will probably pick one up from some Balkan country, and hopefully he'll turn out to be another Vidic.

He's shit. Failed epically at Salamanca, and looked poor in the reserves when I saw him.

We have ZERO cohesion to ruin in central defense Triggle. We need new defenders.
I am soft.
