If Wenger offered 25M and Gallas/Toure we would get Chiellini in a heart beat. Arsene don't got that kind of ambition anymore.

In England, we prefer 'doesn't have'.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

Would Chiellini leave Juve for Arsenal though? It's not exactly a dead cert is it, I mean Juventus are a bigger club and as an Italian he I'd imagine he is honoured to be playing for the Old Lady.

Mexes would be more realistic.

Akinfeev.
He's a FM keeper. SHIT. Fabianski is levels better.

Anyway, I want 2 top CBs Homer. 2 guys who are strong, great aerially, love to tackle, and are hard as fvck. I want Blaise Matuidi. I want Elejro Elia.

Of course it's not a dead cert, it's totally improbable and will never happen!!! Juve have more ambition as well and he is more likely to win titles there.

Winner.

Akinfeev is average on FM, throughout the UEFA Cup campaign Akinfeev was great and for Russia he is solid as funk. Would be a great acquisition...

You lot are chatting shit about Chiellini not leaving. You have no insight into how he thinks and he has never expressed a desire to stay at Juve in the long term. His future is wide open if a big club comes in for him, because Juve won't be massive for another 5 years, and he'll know this. The chance to come to the PL, where all the best defenders reside, may just be too strong for him to resist...

Remember, players don't always move just because they think one club is bigger or not, they move where they think they'll be happiest. Cheillini seems very happy in Serie 'A' and, being Italian, would want to further his country's chances at the world cup by partnering his international teammate at club level - a man he can also learn a great deal from. I bet winning the Scudetto with Juventus is high up his list of priorities as well. He would have to adapt to a whole new game in England and i think the chances of a move here are highly unlikely.

I dont think he will leave Juve.

Mexes on the other hand (since he was mentioned before) could be off in the summer, but I would not want him as more than a back up to a new CB and Toure. I used to really rate him because I thought he would mature, but he hasnt, and I wouldnt want him as a starting CB at Arsenal.

Elejro Elia is a quality player DAG but I have doubts about whether he can step up to such a demanding level.

Juventus will always be a massive club Ant and Chiellini as an Italian knows this. :D I doubt there's one single Italian footballer who thinks Arsenal are bigger than Juve. I'd say a fair few of them think they're bigger than Utd and Liverpool aswell.

He is very fast, strong, and runs at players all day long. He has bollocks which is what we need.
