How highly should that be rated? Personally, I think it should be up there among the very best at least this season alongside Adebayor's last leg. Not sure how good it is in relation to goals in other CL's. You decide....

39 yards out, bullet, top corner. Incredible goal. To generate that sort of power from there, to even attempt a strike from that distance...wow.

Not sure where it should rank.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I know you're buzzing but that was a truly horrific post. It was scored in the 6th minute; surely you understand the concept of chaos theory? :deepthought:

Ronaldinho V Chelsea, Gerrard V Marseille, Lampard V Munich, all great goals. However, we had the discussion of these goals not long ago so it's best we just focus on Ronaldo's.

FA Cup final is the same day as the Copa Del Rey final. I hope I don't have to miss Arsenal.

The build up play and the finish on Theo's made it special.

Cesc mishit the flick...and Walcott overhit the scoop/dink...it was a classy goal but not as good as Ronaldo's.

Cesc mishit the flick..
I'm glad someone else caught that. He was aiming to the other side of the defender.
