Arsenal still do have to play Chelsea in the PL though, don't they?

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

Firstly I can assure everyone(Man Utd fans mainly) that Arsenal will do everything possible to get a victory at Anfield but with 3 tough games in 6 days I think it is maybe hope rather than expectation but from my point of view I am treating every single game as a cup final and you want to believe you can win any given game. We are 18 games unbeaten in the league and I dont want to lose that run this season no matter who we play that is how determined and hungry I am.

Anyway I believe last nights events has actually galvanized Liverpool into thinking we dont fear anyone because we are a great side who gave a top side like Chelsea the scare of their lives. They didnt lose with bitterness or humilition but instead they lost with pride and spirit.

Just to clarify, Arsenal have to play all the top 3 teams in their run-in. Perhaps Villa's season isn't over yet?

When all's said and done, Liverpool are comfortably a better side than Arsenal, for the first time in many many years. Let's hope Liverpool have an off-day.
Bullshit. Over the last few months Arsenal have matched Liverpool in points tally. We've gone further in the FA Cup and Carling Cup and are likely to go further in the Champion's league.

And they we've given them numerous spankings in recent years, while they've spanked us once at the end of a season when we had nothing to play for.

Yes we do. We'll beat Chelsea at home, and at least draw with United and Liverpool because we're the best. So yes, Villa's season is over.
