The fact is though, Bentdner always seems to get great chances...it's not a co-incidence, he is obviously good positionally, right place right time sort of quality, and with that in his locker, he's worth giving a chance. He's only 20.
:greatpost:

I'll keep saying it all night, his movement is outstanding. Not just good, but outstanding. He's an incredibly intelligent player and i still reckon that it could easily just click and he'd be banging in ridiculous amounts as well as creating loads. His technique is good, he's quick and strong, and he expresses himself on the pitch. He's just not confident in front of goal right now, but it's only a psychological problem.
He has had ALL season to gain in confidence. Sit there and watch the gimme's he misses rather than sitting there in front of a PC stream, and tell me different.

BTW...Nasri was SOOOOOOOO unlucky not to convert that free kick, I was right there behind goal and it hit the woodwork...unlucky!

Also, it was funny to see a number of Blackburn fans frogmarched off...one windmilled a copper...silly boy!

I was at the Bailey for the ManUtd v Pool game beforehand and found out why the Lord Nelson got smashed by Cardiff fans last month.

Basically 300 + gooners from the firm went to Cardiff and smashed the sh1t out of the place, hence the retaliation...I wasn't going to say to the guy, but...pathetic really!

I was fucking frustrated as sheep by Bendtner constantly wasting chances, but at the same time i was watching his movement closely and it was absolutely sterling.

How does watching him miss chances at the Emirates make you more qualified to comment than someone who watched him miss chances via a stream?

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

I would say he had 8 chances and converted NONE...not good enough. Eduardo sh1ts all over him when it comes to positioning btw!

Because you get to talk about it with other like-minded supporters...and the general concensus IS he is not up to it! This is viewpoints from season ticket holders etc...do you not understand the difference?

Understanding the overall viewpoint of others goes along way in aiding and forming a general opinion, something you just cannot do in front of a pc screen...on your own! Anything else Scholes?

No he doesn't mate. Eduardo is good at moving into position at last second to get his chance, probably slightly better than Bendtner. But he's way behind Bendter when it comes to dragging the centre backs around and making space for others.

Compare the two players domestic and international goal scoring records, then come back to me :)

So in other words, your opinion is generated with the help of others? I'd rather listen to an opinion formed by someone with a mind of their own, not someone influenced by a bunch of idiots at a stadium.

I'm not arguing that Bendtner is a better goalscorer than Eduardo. Why would a players ability to drag defenders around and create space for others have anything to do with their goalscring record? Go and think of a sensible answer to that and then come back to me.

And goal-scoring records are relevant to how well players create space for others?

Eduardo's movement is all around better than Bendtner, as is Walcott's. That said, Bendtner's strengths aren't his movement, although he is good at it.
I am soft.

:greatpost:

Also bear in mind that some sort of cancerous, disgusting attitude has spread itself through a lot of the Emirates attendeees this season.

Bendtner's movement is better than Eduardo's overall mate. Eduardo is great at last second movement into space to get his chance, but Bendtner is constantly on the move and involved in the game. Eduardo isn't.

I disagree. Eduardo is always making runs when he is fit, as does Theo.
