Is your weekend ruined? Has there ever been a defeat so painful that you've cried? Do you get moody? Do you smash windows? :D

Today I am bitterly disappointed but I'm still proud to support United. We're in a great position and I'm looking forward to next week. Usually when we lose I feel empty and frustrated, but luckily I've not had too many painful moments in the last few years.

How about you?

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Greatest ownage machine: Scholes. Absolute animal when he was a regular poster, I always knew I was in the right when he was backing me up, and I couldn't wait to read a topic that he was posting in because I knew he'd be tearing someone apart

I feel hurt and to a certain extent the weekend is ruined as you are pretty down and it is a huge blow. You are distraught and get pretty upset and sometimes I get pretty moody.

Anytime we drop points I am fucking livid. Some days more than usual though.
I am soft.

Same...I can't bring myself to watch MOTD though I'll probably watch highlights of the other games today.

The last time I cried over football was when Anelka missed his penalty in Moscow...also I've never been as nervous as I was against Barcelona at home. If they equalised at the end I seriously don't know what I would've done...

i burst out into tears against Porto ('O4).

As Terry went up to take the penalty i knew i would cry myself to sleep if he had scored and whenever England are out of a tourno the water works start pumping :tremble:

To be fair supporting Villa can be easier at times as you dont feel under big pressure.

i brush it off most of the time and look forward to the next game, dont get me wrong im livid during games we are losing and i was screaming at my tv today but when the final whistle goes i regain my senses and move on in life...no point dwelling on the past

the worst defeat i have experienced was cl quarter final second leg v real madrid, mainly because we came so close to victory against arguably the greatest team ever assembled in world football

We lost to them twice at the same stage, but never were we close to beating them...

The first time we drew 0-0 away, and then went 3-0 down to them at OT, Raul with a couple, one made gloriously by Redondo. We got two late consolation goals through Scholes and Beckham but we still needed two more, so I don't see how we were close...

And then in '03 we got outplayed at the Bernabeau, losing 3-1, Figo and Raul x2, RVN with the crucial away goal. Then at Old Trafford we were losing 3-2 via a Ronaldo hat-trick, and Beckham got two consolation goals meaning we won 4-3 on the night, but again, we still needed two more

Last time I cried was when we couldant beat West Ham in the 94-95 season and Blackburn won the prem.

When we lose I can be a bit moody but I normally get over it quite quickly, cant watch motd after we lose as well.
