Walcott can be a very threatening player. He showed he can step up to the task as done against Croatia, absolutely blew the Croat defence to pieces. His pace is frightening, he knows how to use it to his advantage and his shooting has improved alot. |

Many people say that was an over hyped performance, but it meant so much. Going to Croatia and putting in a display like that was amazing. Put England back in everyone's head as a top NT again IMO. |

I think definitely has the frame to be a strong player. His height will allow him to have a very low center of gravity and great balance. As he gets stronger those aspects will improve no doubt. Same for Wilshere I think. Kid has tree trunks for legs. Think Rooney with these two. (not as crazy though) |

Wilshere will be shorter than Theo, so I can't see how you say he will be big and strong and Walcott won't. But Wilshere will be much better than Rooney. More in his locker. |

Shortest guy in our year was also the strongest with regards to strength. Tallest had no strength whatsoever. Height isn't really that relevant to strength... |

there is a difference in 2 inches between wilshire and walcott, but wilshire will be a bigger stronger player, even if theo does bulk up, he wont have the same body mass to bulk up so he will be smaller. he wont ever be a big player like adebayor or henry cos he isnt as well built and is a short arse |

Walcott won't ever be a behemoth, but he will be strong enough. Couple that with his pace and movement and he will be devastating... |

i dont think he will be strong from a point of view that he will be able to wrestle himself away from players, but he will be able to with stand tackles when he goes past players |

Wtf how can you even think about saying that, talking about somebody who has great potential and nothing more, as being better than somebody who has done it on the biggest stages in football. Dag, i think you know your stuff but your judgement is long gone as soon as arsenal players are involved |

Wilshere will have everything Rooney does except better close control and penetrative power. Of course I am just making a prediction of how he will turn out, he is only 17. But I really expect Wilshere to hit the heights we all expect. |
