Lol nobody can claim him to be Englands best tbh...he's a very promising prospect but atm he's not really much more than that...he maybe could be by now if he hadn't got this injury |

Walcott IMO has frightning pace, he can be a truly destructive weapon in the game but I think he's far from complete and will have to improve vastly in order to get the best out of his abilities. He doesn't use his head enough for a start and thinks running fast is the answer to everything, he will learn under Wenger but he isn't Englands best player, he's still potential IMO. |

Everyone knows how critical I am of English players, but they are the faves for 2010 IMO. I think the system they will have will be very similar to Spain which won the Euros, except England will be much better in defense... |

Couldn't be more wrong. Theo is a very smart player. Some of the off the ball runs he makes are unbelievable. (see Nasri vs United) |

for me walcott has a lot more to learn for one running with the ball at his feet he needs to improve as well as going past players potential to be a great player, i doubt he will be world class but he can be an important player for arsenal and england |

I think he has world class talent. He won't ever be a great wide player, but he has all the tools to be a world class striker. What does Torres have that Walcott won't? (and Walcott will be much better equipped to play effectively in a passing game because of Wenger) |

Yeah DaG that was a very intelligent run he made against us, how many times has he done that? Nobody can deny he has loads of potential but make no mistake about it. If he was very smart and was Englands best player, he would get more games at Arsenal. I know he's injured now but he still isn't a guarenteed regular and when he is starting, he has more quiet games than productive ones. He's still potential DaG. Consistancy again is the key thing here. Nani does great things sometimes but he doesn't do it consistantly therefore, he is absolutte rubbish. Walcott shows the world what he's about as much as Nani does. As I said before If a player can't perform consistantly, then he can't be relied on. Nani never gets a shout in a big game all that talent, no consistancy. Fletcher is probably the opposite and he does what he does best in 90% of games. Walcott must have a pretty productive, consistant season before he can even be mentioned as a great player and when he does it 2 or 3 years running, then and only then will he be a great player. |

Walcott makes great runs nearly every game, and he would be even more effective doing that from the middle. You say he doesn't get many games at Arsenal, well that is wrong. He was undoubtedly first choice this season. And Sphinx, remember that Walcott is only 19. He is going to be a very strong player. |
