i agree spurs are, but man city arent under achievers imo

they only recently acquired vast sums of cash so to say they haven't lived up to the expectations is a lil premature

agreed,spurs have spent millions in the last few years to get cl football and flopped.man city until last season havent really spent much so there was very little expectation for them to do well.

We're 10th atm with a game in hand against Pompey, if you ignore points tallies etc it doesn't look too bad. We should really push on in the 2nd half of the season now that we've made signings and Hughes has got what he wants. I expect us to get 7th, even under Hughes' leadership.
