Robinho- Too inconsistent

RVN- He scores goals but what else does he do?

Iniesta- Maybe you could have a point there as you can flip a coin with this one.

Robinho is not inconsistant, 7 goals from 8 premier league games. Even when he isn't scoring he dominates play, dazzles opponents and the biggest part of his game which people overlook - he makes so much space for his teammates and make so many intelligent runs off the ball. Aguero is more inconsistant than Robinho.

Iniesta is the best midfielder in the world, but Aguero isn't the best striker in the world, that's why Iniesta goes ahead of Aguero for me. Don't think I don't rate Aguero though, he is an amazing talent and will be the world's best striker in a year or two.

I agree with you on Iniesta but not so much Robinho because at Real Madrid he was hot and cold.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Kaka is not the most naturally gifted footballer, far from it in my opinion. Granted he has a great touch, but it's his superhuman strides that make him quality.

Ronaldinho in his prime is much more gifted.

Best player in the world is between Messi and Ronaldo. I'd say Ronaldo but Messi will probably surpass him by the end of the season.

DaGunners will quote this post and play top trumps, so before he does.

Ronaldo has incredible - Touch, quickness, ability with weaker foot, positional sense, trickery, strike, goal-scoring prowess, aerial ability, mentality, balance, strength.

I think if Kaka played for United you'd rate him over Ronaldo but as you don't see much of him he'll always be cast into 3rd behind Ronaldo and Messi. I saw him against Genoa last year at the San Siro and I was in awe of him, just an incredible player. In terms of football, I think he is better than Ronaldo, Ronaldo just has a lot more pace and probably a more fierce shot on him.

i rate kaka and messi above ronaldo, but not from last season i ronaldo had one of those once in a lifetime seasons, i expect better seasons from both messi and kaka this time round

I'm afraid i don't watch enough Serie 'A' to consider Kaka, though i believe that he will never be considered the best player in the world as long as he's still in the UEFA Cup, he needs to be playing at the very highest level.

Iniesta isn't top 5. Even from Barcelona, Eto'o and Xavi are far better players, Barca can cope without Iniesta, but struggle without either of the other two.

Top 5:

1) Messi
2) Ronaldo
3) Xavi
4) Eto'o
5) Ferdinand

Produced, as usual in my own unbiased way :)

Winner.

So consistent that I'd be shocked if he doesn't score tomorrow.

...Viva Ronaldo.
