I have more respect for Burley who hasn't materialised into a balloon.

Also, Burley got closer to winning the Premier League with Ipswich than any manager has with Liverpool. That is a FACT.

Lol he finished 5th you baboon.

Yes, your point being?

Liverpool have finished 2nd.

So Liverpool finishing second means they've put up a bigger title challenge than a fifth-finishing Ipswich does it? NO.

Lol yes clearly.

No clearly not, as I've just explained. Common sense is not in your repertoire.

Emile Heskey Robbie Fowler Jari Litamenm Michael Owen etc etc were all banging in the goals and were looking good.

SO????????

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

How was it a valid point? Liverpool have never got close to winning the Prem but Ipswich have been ever further away!

Winner.

They had a sniff at one point but faltered towards the end. Liverpool have never had a sniff.

Apart from when they lost 3-0 at Old Trafford, I bet they had a good old sniff then.

In 01/02 Liverpool finished 2nd, 7 points of the champions - Arsenal.

I cant remember clearly but Liverpool would have had an outside chance of the title with 4 games left, Ipswich never got that far so Pool have put up a better challenge for the title.

Liverpool won 13 of their last 15 games according to Phil, so they didn't really have a sniff.
