I personally rate Adebayor more highly but tonight Robin was phenomenal.

His technique is pathetic it really is. The way he wraps his foot around set-pieces and shots, hardly any backlift half the time yet he still manages to generate venom and sting on the shot/delivery...his throughball to set Nasri free, which resulted in Ade's goal, was one of the passes of the season...majestic doesn't begin to describe this man's quality at times.

Seriously, Frank Lampard is an absolute legend of the game. He needs to be recognised in some way eg. Frank Lampard OBE, Sir Frank Lampard or some kind of lifetime achievement award.

Yeah, a brilliant performance by him and I was so happy for him because I had been harsh on him before. Sad his mates ruined it....

I may have given RVP alot of stick this season but my word I love him tonight because he was awesome and played his heart out and it makes me sick to think his striker parthner is such a donkey and does not deserve 60k a week for playing like one when he should be on margate beach for 2 pound 50 an hour.

I've just spoken about it on the match-day thread mate

Anyway Diego, did you watch the Arsenal game because it was the best Premiership game ever in my opinion.

Saying that, at 4-2 to Arsenal, although 6 goals had been scored, I think the scoreline flattered the quality of the game. It wasn't that enjoyable, but the fact it was a north London derby, the fact it was at the Emirates, the fact Arsenal outplayed Spurs, and the fact Spurs made a miraculous (no other way to describe it) two goal comeback in the last 5 minutes makes it the best ever Premier League game.

Jamie Redknapp's reaction. Enough said.

Cut Adebayor some slack, you'd never have guessed he scored a goal and created one too.

Ade was definitely not the reason we threw away that game tonight.

This really smells of the draw at Brum, it really does...

He is so inconsistent.

That applies to RVP, not Powerade.

He is so inconsistent.

He's scored in 3 consecutive games against Fener, West Ham and the cunts down the road. What more do you want? That's consistency. He's doing his job.

What I mean is he will get a hat trick in one game and then not score for 5 games and then get a brace in next 2.
